Foreign Students – Visas and Citizenship

Any foreign student who receives a qualifying Bachelor of Science degree or higher should get an automatic Green Card with their diploma. Furthermore, if said foreign student then remained in the United States and paid a minimum of $100,000.00 in income taxes during the ten-year time period following their graduation, then said person would be eligible for US citizenship upon completion of standard US citizenship tests and processes. If they wished, they could complete the English proficiency, History and other citizenship requirements in advance of the 10-year time period, in which case they would automatically receive citizenship in Year 10.
